These terms govern use of Jade Studio ("the App"), a content publishing tool operated by OnTheCorner Media Group ("we," "us"). By connecting an account and using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App lets the authorized account owner schedule and upload short-form video content to their own connected social media accounts, including TikTok, through official platform APIs.
You may use the App only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish through the App and for complying with the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform, including TikTok.
You agree not to use the App to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or in violation of a connected platform's policies. We may suspend access if the App is used in a way that breaches these terms or a platform's rules.
The App relies on third-party platform APIs. It publishes content only at your direction and does not act on your accounts beyond the actions you initiate. Platform availability and behavior are controlled by those platforms and may change.
The App is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, OnTheCorner Media Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
